This place is a real gem. We are only moving because we are re-locating to Spain and are looking for a couple to replace us on the tenancy agreement. Situated on a leafy and quiet street (Victoria Park Square), this is an old university building converted into block of flats full of character. Wood floors and high ceilings with tall windows, allowing for a lot of natural light. Furnished nicely so you can pretty much move right in and feel at home. Adorable kitchen with washing machine, fridge and freezer. Good closet space in the bedroom with double bed. Gated community next to police station, so we have always felt safe here.

Transport:

Just a short (2 min.) scenic walk across the museum gardens to Bethnal Green tube station, which takes you to central London in just a few minutes. Very easy to get around town from here. Good for buses as well (15 minute bus ride to the City - or in the summer you can walk it in 25 mins).

Other things around here:

There is a pool, spa and decent gym just at the end of the street. Victoria Park is only a few minutes walk away. Tones of shops and restaurants nearby. Quaint and trendy local pubs (The Camel, The Approach...). Shoreditch is only 10 mins away. Columbia flower market and Broadway markets also a short walk away.
